Security Deposit/Increased Cleaning Fee - one time instance

I have a guest who I need to charge a refundable security deposit, as well as increase their cleaning fee because I am allowing them to bring a pet. Does anyone know how to do this for one specific reservation, as opposed to adjusting this in the booking settings for every booking?

AirBnB do not offer a refundable security deposit.

You can make tham a special offer to include the additional cleaning fee.
