Security Deposit (variable amounts depending on dates)

I usually charge a AUD$150 security deposit for bookings but would like to apply a AUD$1000 security deposit for specific dates where (new years and school leaver period) when the risk of damage increases exponentially. Does anyone know how to set the security deposit amount on an ad-hoc basis or for specific dates? I should also mention that I use the instant book feature so guests can book at their convenience.

@Rodrigo  You can't set the security deposit by date or season.  Are you renting the same listing for the particular dates you are concerned about?  If it is different like whole house versus a private room, you can create a second listing that is only available for specific dates.

I have the same issue too and cannot find a way to do it. I usually dont charge a deposit, but I would like to for a specisif booking during a festival. we previously had some issues during that time. Nothing massive. but 4 guys want to rent this time and I'm just cautious.
