Selling my property

I am in the process of selling my property and the buyer wants to continue renting. How can I transfer the current contracts for the summer months to them?

The new owner has to open an account and make a new identical listing of your property, Then guests have to be contacted to see if they want to transfer to the new owner or cancel.

Have a chat with customer service, sometimes it can be done and sometimes you have to cancel all the bookings.
