I ask for £85/night

I have a preapproval application and it tells me I will receive £71.  I dont understand this as ABNB charges 3% commision.  Can anyone clarify?  Thanks

Your listing does not charge the Guest service fee seperately. So in means you opted for it to include it in your base price. Then it is fixed on 14%. The host service fee is 3% (+VAT).

You need to add about £12 to your nightly rates @Colin238 to cover it.
