@Viktoria54 As @Branka-and-Silvia0 said, message the host to find out what's going on as far as the photos- is this the same place? Hosts do change their photos sometimes, but if it looks like a completely different place, that's strange.
As far as pricing goes- That can vary dramatically from one day to the next. The host may be using Smart Pricing, which is a computer algorithm that will automatically raise or lower prices according to demand, competition, etc. Or the host may have dropped the price because they're trying to fill unbooked days.
This doesn't just happen on Airbnb- you can go to an airline website, see a ticket for a really good price, but you don't book it because you're busy or you need to check with a friend who's traveling with you to see if they can leave on that day. The next day you go back to book it, and the price has gone up by $75. Then, a day or two before the flight leaves, they still have 2 empty seats to fill, and the price is suddenly halved. It doesn't mean you've been scammed, that's just the way these things happen.
