@Melissa803 I also have experienced newbies that have uploaded the required ID and pictures but the system is slow to establish the profile. Like you, I identify in an initial message what I expect, but I also ask questions that require the guest to demonstrate good communication and recognition of the special experience of the shared accommodation economy. This buys me a bit of time to let Air BNB platform work, but it also puts out the expectation that MY expectations are different from Air BNB basics. If this is not acceptible to the booking guest, I pass on accepting the request.
