Should I report this host?

Going to Mallorca next week and found a lovely apartment for great price. But a little to great judging by the pictures... The host has no reviews and joined just this month. I thought maybe that's why – she lowered the price to get some guests and reviews going, so I asked her straight up, but got a vague reply asking me to contact her by email, which I know is a no-no. The fact that her profile picture belongs to author Megan Abbott didn't help either...
