Hi there,
My hosts just contacted me saying that there was a mistake in the website as i booked the entire flat for 3 nights, but she want to rent the flat only for a minimum of 4 nights.
There was nothing written on the website or in her advertise.
The problem is that she already accept my reservation and she took the payment already.
i would like to know how do i get the full refund as my host want to cancell my reservation.

She didnt "took" your payment.. Airbnb has your money until 24 hrs after your check-in

I recommend that you contact Airbnb just to be sure of the situation.

She decide to accept my reservations, as it was going to be to much trouble for both of us.
