Signs check out & slobs

Guests said there would be 6 guests but there were 8.

Our site states 11 am check out, as does the Welcome Book and a large Sign on kitchen cupboard door.  Guests were still there at 3:30 when cleaner arrived

No Smoking signs clearly posted but cigarettes butts were all over

Check our rules tell guests to take out trash, put dishes in dishwasher, etc. guests were slobs - beer bottles & trash all over. 

What do we do other than give them a bad review?

give them A VERY bad review 🙂

and the thumb down and 1* and try to block them if you figure out how (i still didn't)
