Smart Pricing

Hello,

Some days ago I received an email from Airbnb informing there were some problems with their smart pricing platform but they (airbnb) could fix it on time. Since that day my smart pricing is not working well. it does not go beyond 1 USD. I have checked with other hosts in my area and their smart pricing are working well. Please advise on this issue

@Abnia-Maria0 your pricing is 19€ per night, how much it should be? It can not possibly be 1$ because Airbnb won't allow lower prices than 10$ per night if I am not mistaken.

@Ana1136 muy base price is usd21 and top price is USD 100. This issue began when we saw that offer was made in EURO and not in USD, and the email from Airbnb. Till that momento smart pricing was working well as per demand in muy área. However, i have noted that with other hosts in my same área prices are going higher and that is not muy case. My prices for the entire year dont go beyond USD22. And that is not ok.

@Abnia-Maria0 you can always turn smart pricing off ( as you should) and set up the prices manually the way you think is appropriate for each date. You are nit obligated to follow Airbnb suggestions, you are responsible for your prices.
