Smart pricing

Hi 

I've set my base price at 250 per night. Smart pricing is turned off - but somehow for the month of September the smart pricing/pricing tips is on at about 130-140 per night which is considerably less than what we are wanting. 

How do I fix this? I can't see anywhere how to change it 😞

@Sarah2548 Open the app, click on calendar, choose a day that is open and hit "edit" and it will let you change the price for each date individually. 

That's usually how I do it 🙂

@Sarah2548 Smart Pricing and Price Tips are two different things.  So even with Smart Pricing turned off, Price Tips will show on your calendar as suggestions.  But you don't have to accept them.  Go to your listing -> Pricing -> Nightly Price -> Edit and make sure your prices are what you want them to be.  Then ignore the Price Tips.
