Hello everyone~
I had previously snoozed my booking since I would be travelling abroad for a month.
However I received a booking this morning, which doesn't make sense.
I do not want to be penalised for it. Can anyone please assist.

airbnb software is famous for glitches. Inform your guest and contact airbnb for assistance to cancel penalty free.
Both your listings appear bookable from my end, so please check your settings again. Perhaps they somehow became "unsnoozed" ?
The same thing has just happened to me. I (thought I had) snoozed my listings from 15 Feb to 10 June next year. A few minutes ago, I got an instant book for the middle of March!
I am about to contact AirBnB Support.
