South Seattle Cleaning Company Recommendation

Hello, we have a new listing in South Seattle (Rainier Beach) which is a small 240 sq ft guesthouse in our backyard, and we need help cleaning it in between short term rentals. Cleaning would include servicing composting toilet by switching out liquids container. 

Both of us work during the day M-F, so we need to partner with a third party company that specializes in this kind of thing. Also, the unit requires steps to access.
