Special Offer

Is anybody else having this problem?

I have no way to send a guest a special offer directly; I must go call airbnb for them to do it.  when I

talk to them they see the special offer on their screen but I do not see it on mine.  I even sent them a screen shot of mine screen with no place to where i can click to make the special offer.

Later on I was told that there was some reported problems with this issue.  It is a pain because I have several guests that are frequent visitors and everytime I call I talk to a different person that knows nothing about it.
