Airbnb will add the guest's service fee to your Special Offer amount.  You SHOULD include cleaning fees (if applicable) in your Special Offer.

@Joan-And-Don0 No.  Airbnb calculates the service fee based on your Special Offer price.  Note that your Special Offer also does not include your cleaning fee if you have one so you need to factor that in.
