Hi I want to make a special offer for an enquiry but the "send special offer" button is not an option in the message thread.

Is it because the check out date of reservation overlaps with the check in date of the next reservation. Ie 2 guests leaving and arriving on the same day. If thats the case it doesn't make sensen that ir will let em acceot the offer at the higher price but not make a special offer? Tracey

If you are having problems then why not agree the reduced rate with your guests, get them to book and then alter the price for their stay which means they get a refund.
