Hi, Somebody wants ro book, they entered 2 people but they are 3 and a dog. The price for 2 people comes up in the request for accept or decline the enquiry so I sent a special offer amending the price to 3 people plus additional cleaning fee. 

I then got another email from Airbnb with the same lower price for 2 people requesting me to accept or decline the enquiry. 

I cannot accept the enquiry at this lower price, can't the guest book my special offer? How to do it, this is his first

Reply back to the guest that you're happy to host them if they'll accept the special offer you sent.

If it's a reservation request (24hr countdown clock), you'll need to hit decline before the time runs out so you don't get dinged on response rate (just let the person know that you're required to respond within that time frame & they're welcome to re-send a request for 3 people). If it's just an inquiry, you can wait on them to book through the special offer, but might be worth mentioning that the SO expires after 24 hrs and you'll re-send if they need more time.
