Dear airbnb,
Im having a problem with a strange reservation.
Today I woke up to find I have been reserved one of my rooms for november and the guest is confirming that her husband talked to.me in inglish (im from chile she is from colombia) which I havent at any moment, and would be weird for me to do so in inglish since we are both from latin america. Also I recieved no pre approvation notification. It went directly to her payment and it seems the only way we can cancel would be by me doing so and to recieve the pensalties that airbnb demand. I am concerned about this, since I never talked to the husband, nor did I preapprove this request and now I do not feel that it should be fair to cancel her and recieve unjustly the penalties.
Please help us both out.
