I see that the Super Host Relief program is only available to hosts with 1 or two listings.
While that is sensible from the point of view that a host with 3 investment properties probably doesn't need relief, (as they are possibly quite well off already.)
My issue is that I am a property manager or a 'Co-Host' -and we don't own any of our properties (we are far less well off than a single property owner), but we still solely rely on Airbnb for an income, myself, as well as the few people I have managed to create jobs for. We have managed to keep all our staff paid, even though all our bookings and our entire income has collapsed to zero.
We work incredibly hard hosting guests, some times blindingly so. My team and I have achieved a 4.9 Rating over the last year and have completed over 150 trips. That's one, every 2 and a half days and still, a guest score of 98%.
While I understand these types of programs have to have limitations, I think Airbnb should really be looking out for cases with valid merit, and to hear out cases by an application.
With such a large Super Host community, each of them with their own unique circumstances and business structure, -many are quiet desperately in need.
Super Hosts who have helped catapult The Airbnb Company, to become the trusted, friendly and highly valuable network it is today. - will be completely looked over by this relief fund.
