Super Host Status and Declining Guests

I had to cancel 2 consecutive books from the same guest because I was not confortable what she used the premises when she stayed for the first time. 

My conclution was she was a sex worker using Airbnb books for to entertain men.

I was with the impression the Airbnb would have asked for a explanation before just taking my super host status which i held for over an year.

Hi @Geevaka0  I hope you are well.

If you are uncomfortable with a booking and you want to cancel it you must get in touch with Airbnb customer services to cancel on your behalf.

If you cancel from your end then you will end up with penalties such as losing superhost etc.

Get in touch with customer services asap and see if they can fix for you.
