Super Host status and Stars

Hi all! I have a thorn in my side and I would like to know what the community thinks.
I started as a host in Oct 2018 and in January I was superhost by April SHost level 5. For a misunderstanding as a rookie or bad timing
I hadproblem ... for a few minutes with a guest coming from airbnb mading instant booking over a reservation already in progress from the booking calendar. Then a few weeks ago becouse of these all my atrivutes goes away (no moreSH 5stars). I know it was not such a serious mistake. I also have incredible
reviews, I give everything for the guests my house and my listings. The Thought that I would like to share is the following: It would not be fair that having
the category of Super Host and also having this ranquin of stars ... the penalty for malpractice as a host w/starts would be the reduction of this stars?
What would be the purpose of them?
Greetings to all Emi

Hi @Emiliano69 .

I’m a little confused with your question, but may I give you a response that may or may not assist.

Levels here in the Community Centre (CC) Forum on your profile, refer to level of your activity within the forum and interaction. Nothing to do with hosting or your superhost status.

What I have noticed is if you have a hosting superhost status, then thta badge will also appear on the CC profile.

BUT, if you change an email or for example - if you verify who you are differently, say via Facebook, which might be linked to a different email, to say your google account, then it creates a different profile. It will not have our previous levels etc.

The only way out of this is usually to delete the duplicate you! But contact Airbnb support.

@Emiliano69, you lost the Superhost status when you canceled a reservation back in January. "Levels" here in the Community Center refer to the recognition that your posts get by other users giving you a 'thumbs up.' The more people who like your posts, the higher up your level (until you get to level 10.)
