My Overall 5 star rating is 100 percent. My 5 star reviews are 97 percent, because, 5 star review take into account few sub-heads. For wahtever reason 3 of my guest, having given me 100 percent 5 star reviews, think I should be given one star less in the sub-heads. Surprise, surprice, for my communication! Airbnb in the evalution says, my 5 overall ratings  are 100 percent. But my 5 star review are 97 percent. This is over 103 guest comments!! I think this is weird and doesnt make any sense. Does it makes sense to anyone!! I am super host with 103 reviews, 98 overall rating and 3, 4 star reivews.
