Super host bonus

I received an notification from Airbnb that since I had achieved super host status over 4 periods I was awarded a 100 dollar voucher.  That was in April.  I now have the opportunity to use the voucher but the notification is no where to be found in my account.  I spoke to an Airbnb repmand he confirmed the voucher but said I had to find it...he couldn't help beyond saying he could,confirm the voucher dated 11 April,this year.  Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I can find it.   Tks.

Not sure about it, but i remember it maybe is in your payment settings ?

Hi Robert, when I received a travel credit I printed out the email from Airbnb, with the voucher code therein, and kept it to refer to when the time came for my trip. Can you search for the congratulatory email sent to you in April?  Alternatively, go to your Profile and you'll be able to click on Credits and Coupons and your voucher reference number should be there.

HI guys, 

I just recently applied my super host bonus voucher to an upcoming booking that I was going to stay at.

Due to sudden government covid lockdowns I was unable to visit the location and therefor had to cancel my booking. In doing so it seems I have lost my $100USD bonus that took a year of Superhosting to acquire, oh and it was a 100% refund except for the Airbnb voucher.

Does anyone have any clue as to how I can reclaim this voucher or is it a case of just bad  luck?
