coupon redeem button disappeared?

Dear friend,

I received a coupon from airbnb being a superhost for 4 times in Jan 2018 which is going to expire in 7 days (9th Jan, 2019). Today I tried to use it by booking a place in Prag but there is no "redeem coupon" button when I check out the payment. System automatically applied another small coupon I have and I cannot do any adjustment.

I tried in my phone, pad and laptop, just could not find the redeem coupon button, yet I could not find my coupon in my travel credit as before - I read the email from airbnb again it expires only on 9th Jan 2019, so it's not expired yet.

Anyone can help? Thank you so much.

This is how Airbnb wrote on my coupon email btw:

On the Airbnb website, to to Settings > Payment Methods, and add the coupon code at the bottom.
