Hi everyone. I was wondering how long it takes to become a super host? Today 1st October was my evaluation and I thought they where going to give me my super host badge but nothing. Can’t understand why as I’ve reached all my targets. Feeling very disappointed!

Hi Anne Marie, usually it takes up to two weeks for the notifications to reach Superhosts, so do not worry that you haven't heard yet. There is a lot of 'paperwork' to be sorted before the emails are sent out. The time lapse also gives guests who stayed in late September the opportunity to post their reviews for their hosts.

@Anne-Marie222 Superhost stats includes all reservation leading up to October 1st. So even though it's October 1st there are still reservations from the end of September where the guest still has the opportunity to review. So that is why you will not get a notification until further into October (until all September guests have finished reviewing.)
Thank you Lyn for the information, hopefully I’ll see something in a couple of weeks.
