Support radio silence

Hi, 

 

After a horrible stay at a listing where amenities were defected and/or missing, Airbnb support team promised me a full reimburse over the phone several days ago. We continued over chat but they seem to be ignoring the case now.

 

Does anyone have a similar experience and what would be a suggestion?

Just to get the record straight, you're putting no value on the accommodation, just the amenities?

 

For example there was no hot water and the air conditioning wasn't functioning, among other details that didn't correspond to the description.
