Swimming Pool as part of AirBnB

Hi,

Am renting my place as part of AirBnb and the guests checked if they cna use the pool. Wanted to check if there are some waivers, I should make them sign. What do you recommend? Safer to just say no?

@Manny6 hm... ask yourself this questions:

Do you live there and do you and your family use the pool ?

Would you and your family be comfortable if there are other people with you in the pool at the same time?

How much more bookings would you get if you offer a pool and do you need more bookings?

Could you rise your prices if you offer a pool?

Do you have insurance if something happens to your guest at your pool?
