System error when someone's trying to book

I have a guest from South Africa who is trying to book one night at my place in Hove, England. She keeps getting an error that says "invalid Value for registry" and is unable to book.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on or how to resolve this?

Is it on a Friday or Saturday? Perhaps the fact that you have minimum 2 nights stay on those days might prevent her from booking as she only wants one night?

Also the mobile apps, certain search engines and iPads play up sometimes.
