TV-Streaming , Cutting the cord

Hi

I am looking for advice on my rental properties about live TV Steaming. some of my units have smart TVs and some do not. Please give me suggestions on what the best recommended services (Direct TV now , Hulu, ect.)? Do I need to purchase the Live streaming options (price $45 per month) ? also do I provide basic or a premium internet service (wifi) ? (price $40 to $80 per month). what are the best options for non-smart TVs Roku, Amazon fire stick? . did I miss anything .. your suggestions and advice are welcome

I'm also interested in learning what the best solution is (Roku, Amazon FireStick, Apple TV)? Do you need separate devices on each TV? I read that if you use Apple TV that each TV will see the same show. Does Roku or FireStick work where you can watch different programming at the same time. Or does each TV need its own device?
