i am helping my wife to list her appartment and when she got to the description page ,she described it but then she

Is the "next" button disabled or don't you see one? If it's diabled, turn off any ad blocker you might have on for Airbnb. If it is not showing, that means it is a static page, not a page you need to move on from. Is it one of the tabs at the top of the listing page? They do not have "next" or "save" necessarily.
If it is not any of these, log a technical bug here: https://www.airbnb.ca/help/feedback. If you search for answers in the Help Center, you may be able to find a solution or answer
@Stratos4: the character length in the description area may be to lengthy. Check and make sure you haven't gone over the max amount of characters allowed by shortening the description. The number of characters still allowed should be in the upper right area outside the box if I remembered correctly. Hope this info helps.
