Airbnb has reduced my payment to cover a guest cancellation. Obviously, I did not receive any payment in the first place and I have no idea why the payment was "reclaimed" by Airbnb. Sadly, I cannot ask them what is going through their minds as they are not capable of answering the phone. Meanwhile I am £1000 out of pocket.
