Tenant is not leaving

Hello I have a tenant scheduled to leave today by noon and still doesn't leave. i called her and the phone says it is diconnected. I have another reservation for today to occupy this house. What should I do with her personal things?

@Karen720 Box them up, clean the house, and they can deal with getting their things later.

Send the necessary messages, notifications thru Airbnb messenger & email and mention you called and the phone was disconnected so you had no choice. Also immediately contact Airbnb and get them to get ahold of the guest. Before you pack up the guest's personal belongings, take pictures or make a video recording the packing process as proof.
