We are relatively new hosts. Just recently, we have been unable to review our guests although the guests can revie us as hosts. When we try to click onto review we get a message that the system is down. This has been going on for more than a week. There does not seem to be any help line at Airbnb. We tried the telephone help line and were put on hold for a half hour. Finally we gave up. How do we reach someone at Airbnb to fixs this which is clearly their problem?
