The quote shows different nightly price from what we set up in the calendar.

In the past week we had this problem already twice. I.e. the last enquiry: the price for a night is €125 (which is in the calendar) and in the quote it shows €106 a night... Since it's a week stay enquiry it minuses €133 from what we should get.

Has anyone faced the same problem? 

I can't find a way to contact Airbnb and hope to hear an answer from them here! 

It's very frustrating and feels like we've been cheated!

I'm having the same problem.  I've followed the pricing instructions to the letter many times but then find that the price remains  much lower on my listing advert.  I'm totally frustrated !

My calculation for a client requesting a booking for January 3-10 is $550 (100+70x5+50x2), but AidBNB is charging the client only $432. I can't figure out how they calculated that figure and how do I change it to reflect my price? My only discount is 11% per week, which would be $60-61 at most, whereas the discount (if that's what it is) that AirBNB reflects is nearly 22%. Again, AirBNB does not allow any direct contact with them (I don't do Twitter), nor can I change the price they are quoting to the client. I don't want to accept the booking at such a loss. Help!

The calendar shows 79 euros per night and for 16 people it should be 160 euros per night making a total of 239 euros per night but Airbnb quoted 195 euros per night. I cannot find how they came to this figure or know how to question it can you help please

Yes, I have the same problem.  I charged $89 for 5 night should equal $445 but their invoice says $442.  This is not much but has been happening every couple of bookings.  Always at my expense.  Can't find a way to contact their account department.  It is just basic math. It is starting to add up.

The same thing has happened to me today - we raised our prices a couple of weeks ago and have been going well with the higher price until today when we got an instant booking at the old and lower price - not sure what is going on either - I will try and contact Airb&b to get an answer

I find the price also different to what I state per night.   My rate is R900 per night.  Does airbnb work it at per room or per person as I can take 4 guests.
