The steamer should be in the amenities list

Hi Airbnb 

For security reasons, I don't have an iron in my home. However, I have a steamer that people use as an iron. I don't mark an iron in my amenities. Can you add the steamer as an amenity?

I'd agree with this completely. I want to be "business ready", but am afraid to mark that I have an iron and ironing board when I have a clothing steamer. I don't want my guests to feel as if they've been lied to, but it's a product that does the same thing (even better in my opinion).

I completely agree, we provide a garment steamer which are better and had a guest inquire after the fact as to why we didn't have an iron. I mentioned that a steamer was in the closet and they were understanding and stated they had never tried one and wished they had spotted it. Not sure how they missed it, it is on a shelf all alone in a large closet in the guest bedroom and in our handbook but that's another issue.
