There is a lot of Air Bnb at my building but it's not safe for families.

There have been families attacked and harmed.  There is not security here except for one night guard who doesn't walk the beat.  The garage door is torn off and there are crack users and homeless on both sides of this "luxury building".  

The tenants here have been fighting with management but they refuse to fix anything.  I really want to just warn people as this building is very close to Hollywood Blvd in Los Angeles.  Where/who can I report this to?  At night homeless and desperate people on drugs are wandering hallways and trying to open up doors.

I am confused your post. Are you a neighbor to Airbnbs in your building or are you a guest of an Airbnb?
