I hope you are doing great. I have a question about Airbnb.

I have this flat, which I found on a website (not on Airbnb) and I have been told that Airbnb handle rentals for people who are unable to solve them alone, which are abroad etc. (that is our case), so they will take care both the transportation and payment. Is that correct, please?

I have been also told that she will support all the shipping taxes for she can send you the keys and contract. Does this sound possible, plese?

This is a scam - stay well away. There are many other examples of this on this forum. Do not send any money and book only through Airbnb.
