To add or not to add a new listing to a shared profile

Hello community,

I want to add my house to the airbnb website. My boyfriend and I already have a shared profile for his apartment. We have had 3 great reviews. Payments go into his account. Inquiries and requests have been sent to my email address.

My question is whether it would be easier to create a new profile and listing for myself or to add another listing to our existing profile?

Your comments and advice is mush appreciated.

One is really as easy as the other - however, if you create a new listing for your property you may end up with Instant Booking being mandatory for you. Also, there will be no visibilty of your joint reviews.
