Travel Credit problem

Hi everyone. Can somebody help me about travel credit?

3 Years ago, I refered my friend to Airbnb and then she booked a trip. I got 805 THB credit.

Anyway, I never have a chance to use it. But when I check again today my travel credit is 0 THB.

Not sure what happen the only clue I have in travel credit page is, It said my friend email hasn't signed up yet.

I checked with my friend and she be able to login with the email.

Any suggestion would be really appreciate.

Isn't there an expiration date of a year after issue, @Pongsakorn0?  Would that be why?

Thank you Linda, I didn't realized that the credit has expiration date.

I still have curiousity if that is the case why the credit page show me 805 THB is pending.
