Trouble Verifying passport- Could not book

I've tried several times to get my passport verified by uploading photo, together with taking a match photo. 

Since I only have a photo copy of my passport (driver license/ ID is not acceptable).

Failed, still not verified, and couldn't make a reservation here in Taiwan.

This is frustrating.

@Lisa757 - Sorry you can't get things straightened out, you will likely need to provide your real ID picture, not a copy.
