@Thomas1500 Call them and keep calling and write a message on your help dashboard.
In other posts where people have said this happened to them, Airbnb refused to tell them why.
Some were Superhosts for years with not one bad review.
Possible reasons:
1. A glitch
2. A guest made a complaint that is egregious enough to remove you. The benefit of the doubt always goes to the guest making the complaint (Airbnb protecting their own back in case of a lawsuit). Allegedly Airbnb never bother to find out if the complaint is true or false.
3. An error, mistake at Airbnb end.
4. A cost of doing business reason, local laws, etc.
What I do not understand is, Airbnb penalize hosts for canceling, it is considered the worst thing you can do to a guest, and yet here they are canceling and inconveniencing dozens of guests on the fly, without even trying to find out (before the fact) if you were suspended because of a glitch, error, mistake, or if a complaint whether it is true or false. Or telling you if it is business agreement they have made to continue to do business.
