Trust and Safety Specialist???

Good Morning/Evening

i am a superhost with 70 plus reviews and never had an issue. I noticed yesterday that all my future bookings have been canceled and one of the guests had received this response from Airbnb:

This is what one of my guests sent me......

Nobody has contacted me and I am not sure what this is about....never had any issues. Airbnb has yet to get back to me...

@Thomas1500

Contact Airbnb by twitter seems to be the consensus on here!

To all those labouring under the illusion that their running their own business on Airbnb let this, and many more similar examples be an eye opener to you.

Good luck with that!! I just tried starting a thread about payment issues (problem now going on TWO WEEKS!!) and They won't even respond now....nothing.

Wow, @Thomas1500 I'm so sorry this is happening to you! I tried to go to your listing (which still shows under your profile), but when I clicked on it, I was re-directed. Looking at your reviews, this makes no kind of sense!

I hope someone lets you know what's happening asap, though from reading other posts, you may never find out.

All the best, and if you get any answers, please keep us updated.

@Thomas1500    Call them and keep calling and write a message on your help dashboard.

In other posts where people have said this happened to them, Airbnb refused to tell them why.

Some were Superhosts for years with not one bad review.

Possible reasons:

1. A glitch

2. A guest made a complaint that is egregious enough to remove you. The benefit of the doubt always goes to the guest making the complaint (Airbnb protecting their own back in case of a lawsuit).  Allegedly Airbnb never  bother to find out if the complaint is true or false.

3. An error, mistake at Airbnb end.

4.  A cost of doing business reason, local laws, etc.

What I do not understand is, Airbnb penalize hosts for canceling, it is considered the worst thing you can do to a guest, and yet here they are canceling and inconveniencing dozens of guests on the fly, without even trying to find out (before the fact)  if you were suspended because of a glitch, error, mistake, or if a complaint whether it is true or false. Or telling you if it is business agreement they have made to continue to do business.
