Trying to book an Airbnb

hi im trying to find accomodation in london for next week, followed by amsterdam

then france in september

but all the hosts i contact never reply

im concerned and have contacted air b and b but they couldnt help me

i did want to feel secure about my bookings

i thought msaybe you may be able to help me.

@Elizabeth903, it would help if you can tell us whether you sent an enquiry, a request to book or an instant booking, as the response times and types for each differ slightly. Also, when you sent the booking? Have you paid for the booking, and have you checked if the payment has gone through? NB Airbnb hold the payments until the check in, not the hosts, but it would give an indication if a booking has actually gone through or not.

@Elizabeth903  You need to register with AirBnB setup a profile and get verified. 

How do I create an account?

If you don't have an Airbnb account yet, go to airbnb.com and click Sign Up.

You can sign up using your email address, Facebook account, Google account, or Amex. Signing up and creating an Airbnb account is free.

After you sign up, be sure to complete your account before booking a reservation.

 After you do this you should be able to instant book anything.
