This is my 1st host experience and I didn't have the verification required option checked. Person booked last week and we were communicating all weekend until nothing yesterday or today which is their check in day. Any guidance?

Fellow hosts, have you noticed that Airbnb has removed the guest star ratings? Even though I have instant booking on, the ratings do not show up any more. That's yet another useful feature taken away.

Hi all, I not long ago booked an Airbnb for me and a group of friends. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances, I am unable to travel. As the booking is in my name, will my friends still be able to use the Airbnb even if I am not there?
