As per ABB policy, third party bookings are not allowed. If you accept a third party booking, the Host Guarantee is null and void. There is no "filter" or anything to set. As a responsible host, it is up to you to utilize your savvy detective skills to flush out potential third party bookings. Straight up, guests will not necessarily be forthcoming when they are making a booking under false pretenses.
You can include a statement in your housr rules that third pparty bookings will be declined. This is by no means a guarantee that potential guests won't atttempt to do it anyway.
The only exception to the third party booking policy is when a company is making a reservation for an employee on a business account.
