Is anyone else experiencing a probem with updates? I have been unable to update my Airbnb Plus listing for 48 hours. "Error code 500" is continuosly returned.
However, I am able to edit my other "non-Airbnb Plus" listings just fine during this period. To add to the frustration, Airbnb customer services is not returning my messages...and us Plus hosts and Superhosts are supposed to receive a dedicated level of service.
Thanks Jeff, Very odd as Casa Bianca has been on Airbnb Plus since day 1. In fact we were one of the original trialists. How can the listing possibly been removed from the programme? I have not requested it to be removed.
