Unable to publish my listing

I can't seem to get past 'Publish listing' for a new listing I have created.

It sends me a verification to confirm my address (which I do) and then it says I need a security check. I have emailed the email account several times with no response @ security.check@airbnb.com

I already have a live listing (which is fine), this is an additional listing, why won't the automated service work this time?

I have the same problem 😞 I figured maybe it's published after the check done with my payment method in 4 days but how can i be sure?

I cant get past the wait a moment when i click publish it just sits in this position for hours!!!  So frustrating not being able to get futher and no help option available.
