Unblocking the calendar

Hi 

I am new to hosting so this might be a dumb question but does anyone know how to unblock the calendar if you don't accept/decline. The help instructions say send a special offer but it won't let me. I have a guest who wants to stay but I can't accept and shouting at the website doesn't seem to help

Any help would be awesome

Hey Nick.  When this happened to me I went into the calendar and unblocked it by clicking on each day and changing the setting to available.  Once that was done I could then send the special offer.

I am having the same issue - I blocked for a couple months and it will not unblock.   I change dates and description and the "available" button is not working.  Any help?  Thanks in advance.
