Unlist and cancel

Hello, I accidentally published my listing. And people have accepted and booked! How do I unlist and cancel their reservations? Will I have to pay them? Please let me know.

Call AirBnB right away. They will help you through the process so you do not get fined and help the guests find alternative housing.

@Alexsandra4  Go to Listing and scroll all the down to the bottom. Listing Status hit Edit and Snooze the listing, don't forget to save it ASAP. Then call AirBnB and get their help to cancel the reservations. Is there a reason you need to cancel them? Why not just keep them if you are open on those days.
