Unlisting Property and Canceling Reservations

I need to cancel a few reservations and unlist my property. Will I be penalized and have to pay before I unlist the property?

@Angie113 Unless your reasoning falls under the Extenuating Circumstances policy, yes. You’ll need to contact Airbnb directly to cancel the reservations if you fall under the policy.
