Please check my booking amount agasint booking id [Reservation number hidden], you shows me 4000/- but guest is saying he had paid Rs4978/-, how much i get, please clear me.

Hello @Hotel28 It is not Airbnb CS, but the community of airbnb hosts and guests.

I guess you are trying to compare what your guest has paid with your payout. Guests also pay service fee to airbnb, as well as you. Hence the difference.

actually i wil update 1 room 2 person occupancy but there is update 8-10 person occupancy in 5 rooms but when someone making booking it will consider only 1 room, please check and update me. where i am lacking in listing

Hi @Hotel28

You need a listing for each bedroom in your hotel, the link below is a host of a small B&B with 2 bedrooms and 2 listings, you should do the same as this host but will require 10 listings for your 10 bedrooms.
